I made it!!
After the greatest lay over in the world where I had dinner on the beach (photos on my camera) with a new friend from the plane I finally arrived in my amazing suite in the Venetian. I even spotted Human Nature in the lobby and said hello to Phil who waved at me while I was in the check in line!
Possibly one of the most awesome coincidences is that my limo driver has the same birthday as me! Bonus-- got a whole bottle of great champagne all for Amy!!
